Juliette Robertson is the Principal Coach, Mentor and Consultant at The J Factor Pty Ltd. She is the business owner, " A Peaceful Warrior" with more than twenty three years experience in corporate marketing, consulting, contract and coaching roles combined and has journeyed to many countries on adventurous sabbaticals.
Juliette has held Senior Marketing, Consultant and honorary board positions, heading up a variety of marketing departments in various industries. Her experience has assisted staff and managers in Financial Services, Utilities, Engineering,the Automotive industry, as well as a range of small to medium companies.
She holds graduate and post-graduate qualifications in business, is a Certified Practicing Marketer and Associate Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute and a qualified Business Coach.
A wife and mother, and blessed with a happy and healthy family, Juliette balances work and life commitments daily. She has a strong network of experienced colleagues who supply specialist expertise when needed. Her main colleagues are profiled below.
Anne Palmer is an experienced marketer with years of Corporate marketing and small business experience. However, in 2004, Anne focused her personal love of Yoga, mediation and natural therapy methods into a package for stressed executives. She now also offers our clients in the marketing, sales and service industry, on site Stress Buster Seminars ,workshops and coaching with fun 30 second practical techniques for teams and/or individuals – tools particularly relevant for anyone working in business.
Elana Lantry is one of our worldly and experienced corporate Consultants and Mentors who has also owned small businesses. She is a warm and wise pragmatic down to earth business woman who clients and colleagues confide in regularly. Elana has worked across a broad range of industry sectors, Consulting and Coaching in all marketing disciplines but most specifically, Direct and Relationship marketing and customer focused change programs. Elana has the specific skills of strategic planning and has designed, developed and implemented organisational change programs to embed a customer service culture with clients, which include, AMP, St George, Microsoft, Cable and Wireless Optus.
In 2004, Elana also opened a small retreat at Wentworth Falls for small teams or individuals needing to review and plan the next step on their professional journey.
Rita Holland's specialisation in Career Coaching evolved from her extensive experience in various internal and external Human Resources roles both in Australia and overseas. She is highly regarded for her achievements with executives and managers wanting to discuss work/life balance issues, career planning choices or managing the often difficult transition to a new organisation. Rita’s knowledge and skills regarding employment trends, job search strategies, enabling change and coaching for improved work performance and quality of life are complemented by sound business acumen.
Melinda Ham is our freelance writer and editorial consultant specialising in media, media training and all forms of business writing. In Africa she reported for AP, the U.S. news agency for 6 years before returning to Australia. For the past 3 years she has written for and freelanced to the Sydney Morning Herald.
Melinda has researched and written on subjects as diverse as copper mining in Zambia, India’s computer software industry and Australian fashion during a 15-year media career. Her business writing and editing skills are in demand. Melinda has an MA in International Relations from the School of Oriental and African Studies at London University.
Mike Hall is a former financial journalist who now works as an editorial consultant for our clients in need of writing and editing expertise. He was an editor and bureau chief with Bloomberg, the financial information company, for almost seven years. Based in Sydney, Singapore and Mumbai, he helped develop news coverage of companies, the economy, financial markets and commodities for some of the world’s biggest investors. He previously worked as a correspondent for the Financial Times, The Guardian and BBC. Mike has a BSc in Environmental Studies, MA in International Journalism and Certificate in Financial Markets from the Securities Institute of Australia.
