Mentoring is unstructured, infrequent, or on an "as needs" basis. Your Mentor will provide advice, share experiences openly but you hold full responsibility for taking action. Sessions are usually bought in blocks of time eg: 12 hours to be used in chunks of time as needed over an extended period.
